A Victorian mahogany English dial clock, J Cutmore, St Ann's Lane St Martins Le grand city, circa 1855, twelve sided mahogany case with rectangular box behind secured to the bezel with four tapered wooden pegs. Circular 30.5 cm diameter painted dial with Roman numerals, and signed Cutmore- St Ann's Lane St Martin's Le grand- city. Winding hole below centre arbour, anchor escapement with heavy flattened brass pendulum. Eight day gong, 41 cm diameter, 17 cm deep
