A French Comptoise wall clock, P. Roques Villereal, 19th century, the rectangular metal case with decorative pressed brass surround. The crest of sunburst design with stylized cornucopia on each side. The circular white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the chapter signed P. Roques- Villereal. The two train, weight driven movement of one month duration striking the hours on a bell. Verge escapement and rack striking with gridiron pendulum and large brass bob, 42 cm high, 25 cm wide, 15 cm deep
