A Japanese pillar clock, circa 1860, the brass movement with turned columns flanking the frontplate. The weight driven going train with verge and balance wheel escapement. Moveable brass chapters to the hour scale, the Shitan wood case with key drawer in base and detachable hood to the top, 26 cm high, 4.5 cm wide, 3 cm deep.
