Platinum, sapphire and diamond 'Trombino' ring, Bulgari, of bombe design, centring on an antique cushion-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 10.00 carats, claw-set within a surround of brilliant-cut and tapered baguette diamonds together weighing approximately 2.80 carats, size M, signed Bulgari. Accompanied by SSEF report numbered 90742, dated 8 March 2017, stating that the sapphire is approximately 10 carat, natural, blue of medium strong saturation, of Ceylon (Sri Lanka) origin, with no evidence of heat treatment.
