The important stunt cuirass worn by Russell Crowe in the scene depicting the death of the character, 'Maximus', in the film, Gladiator (2000), the moulded polyurethane torso in two sections, mounted with leather and applied to the front with embossed silver metal appliques depicting rearing horses, figures and griffins, rising to tiered shoulder guards. 56 cm high, 44 cm wide, 26 cm deep.
