A 2008 custom 'Rabbitohs' chopper motorcycle, designed and made for Russell Crowe by Orange County Choppers, with a 1647 cc (100 ci.) S&S engine, coupled to a Baker six speed transmission, with Orange County Choppers custom 'rabbit ear' wheels, 'cross' motif indicators, handle grips, rear number plate surround, fuel tank, exhaust pipes and front and rear fenders, (offered together with substitute standard components to allow for registration), a custom 'Rabbitohs' construction worker hard hat - Australian regulation standard, but not a motorcycle helmet - autographed by the Tuetul family, a facsimile design sketch for the motorcycle, mounted on foam board, a framed autographed American Chopper colour photograph and a display plinth. 257 cm long, 67 cm high to the top of the seat. One of three 'Rabbitohs' motorcycles designed and constructed by the Teutul family, the proprietors of Orange County Choppers, this example was unveiled as part of Australia Day celebrations, 26 January 2008, during a Rugby League exhibition match between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Leeds Rhinos, in Jacksonville, Florida. Also present were Greg Norman, Angelo Dundee and Dennis Rodman. The various stages of the construction of the motorcycle were featured in the Discovery Channel television series, American Chopper (2003-2010). The Teutuls later visited Russell Crowe at the Museum of Interesting Things in Nymboida, New South Wales.
