Transitional ormolu mounted kingwood and fruitwood commode, c. 1770, with shaped grey Saint-Anne marble top, above three frieze drawers with ormolu escutcheons and two long drawers with ormolu ring pull handles and central escutcheon, sides and front with marquetry panelling and inlaid decoration, the shaped apron, with, ormolu neo-classical trophy, raised on inlaid cabriole legs with ormolu paw feet, marble top restored, height 93 cm width 130 cm depth 61 cm.
