Two Chinese export Lowestoft Clobberware porcelain bowls, Yung Chêng period, sur-decorated with iron red, coloured enamels and gilt, both bowls decorated on the exterior with European figures amid stylised pseudo-Oriental decor (2), height 15 cm height 7 cm. Provenance: Private Collection, Sydney. Other Notes: Produced for the Dutch market and sur-decorated in Holland, these two bowls were originally made as underglaze cobalt blue bowls with simple ring and banded, borders
