Docker, Ernest Brougham (1839-1923), (Norfolk Island), Mount Pitt from 'Seaview' numbered '25' and, Bloody Bridge numbered '18', Two stereoscopic silver gelatin print photographs, both dated 'june/94' and bearing Docker's handwritten monogram and descriptions. Dimensions of each half image approx. 97 x 70 mm. Ernest Docker was the son of pioneer New South Wales photographer, Joseph Docker. He was the first chairman of the Amateur Photographic Society of NSW. A Supreme Court judge, he continued practising and experimenting with photographic processes and writing about the subject well into the 2th century.
