I'm like the Camel - I've got the Bloodty 'ump.' signing off, 'Thine with patience exhausted.' Accompanied by a carbon copy of Wright's response. Also, A Nov.1913 letter to 'Silas' from the same correspondent regarding uncertainty about a True Bearing in Edward Evans' book in which the location of a flagstaff on Cape Barne (near Cape Evans) in Antarctica needs sonfirmation. (3 items). Sir Charles Seymour Wright (1887-1975) was a Canadian member of Scott's Terra Nova Expedition. He acted as expedition physicist and glaciologist. Sir William Beardmore, 1st Baron Invernairn (1856 - 1936) was an Anglo-Scottish industrialist, ship-builder and one of the financial backers of Antarctic exploration.
