A composite cast figure of the discobolos, after the antique, cast from the original marble by Charles Francis Summers (1858-1945), Rome 1884, the original attributed to Naukydes of Argos, the classical athlete wears a fillet and stands with his weight on his left leg, his right leg extended forward, looks down to his right arm bent at the elbow and holds a discus in his lowered left hand. Height 175 cm
