Japanese Imari charger painted showing a rural pagoda scene with three subtle holy men, the border decorated with repeating motifs & with six cloud shaped panels with alternating motifs of a holy man under a tree & a man on horseback beneath mount Fuji. Painted with a rust coloured rim, the underside painted with three flowers & stamped with an impressed signature. Diameter 36 cm
