London, 1792. Quarto, frontispiece portrait, 4 folding charts, 2 folding plans and a plate of the breadfruit, contemporary calf well rebacked, the spine panelled with gilt anchor ornaments. Some slight foxing. First edition, a fine, large copy of one of the most famous and dramatic of all voyage accounts. The charts include 'The N. E. coast of New Holland', plotted during Bligh's remarkable passage in the longboat, skirting the Great Barrier Reef.
