A celadon jade 'butterfly' box and cover, (3), in the form of a butterfly with outstretched wings, carved in low relief with detailing of the head, thorax and abdomen flanked by the stylised layered wings and embellished with small pink and blue cabochons, the stone of pale green tone with some russet and brown suffusions, wood stand, (3), 8.7 cm long.
