A porcelain Garlic Mouth bottle vase, in underglaze blue, probably 17th/18th century, a Yuan mark, the pear shaped body painted in a bright cobalt blue on a crisp white body, flying pheonix amongst flowering branches above a band of upright lappets. Provenance: from a shipwreck off the coast of Fujian Province, condition: small barnicles both inside and some still remaining on the body, overall good condition, height 41 cm
