Provenance: Presented by HRH Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh to Sir Hughie Idwal Edwards, VC, Kcmg, Cb, DSO, Obe, DFC Governor of Western Australia (1974-1975) and Mrs Dorothy Carew Edwards when H.
