A 19th century carved ivory and silver snuff box, the ivory tusk section body carved with two portraits, ringleted hair framing, the silver mounts including the wooden lid with incised 'STAR n LOVE & KINDNESS' surrounding the inset ivory clasped hands, coronet type silver pinned hinge. Old crack. Height 7.2 cm.
