A Majestic Ming-style gilt bronze figure of Vairocana, raised Script on the verso, 18-19th century, a serene full face with eyes downcast, the hair combed into a top-knot behind an ornate seven leaf diadem, the bare chest with a sash over a long string of jewels, the generous folds of the skirt with bands of chasing, seated with the soles of the feet exposed, height 51 cm, width 30 cm.
