[Tennyson] a complete set of twelve 'Edition de Luxe' volumes 'The life and works of Alfred Lord Tennyson,' (1898), pub. Macmillan & Co., leather and board bound hardbacks, stamped with gilt lettering and decoration, gilt edge papers, marble endpapers, with bandw illustrations and reproduction photographs, each enscribed 'Drawing room, case B.1,' and each a limited edition of 1050 copies. Volume I features a previously unpublished version of 'To the Queen, condition: all in excellent condition considering age, some fading to the leather covers, foxing throughout each volume but all readable.
