A fine carved Burmese sandalwood pagoda shrine carving, c.1960, the hexagonal trunk section of the pagoda opening on hinges to reveal three niches carved in high relief with Guan Yu flanked by two standing deities; the upper sections carved as multi-tiered tiled roofs, the lower sections as a double lotus throne raised on an octagonal plinth base. With glazed blackwood framed display cabinet. Some small replacement parts to roof structure. Height 78 cm
