A Louis XVI silver saucier, Jean-Francois-Nicolas Carron, Paris, circa 1774, together with an associated silver tray, the boat shaped body with dual pouring lips, flanked by grape and vine leaf cast handles, above a stippled and fluted spreading foot, the ovoid tray with a reeded border, centred by a hole to allow for an attaching bolt, but currently separated from the saucier, above lion's paw feet, the saucier 363 gms, 20 cm wide, the tray 258 gms, 24.5 cm wide
