A most unusual and rare Australian silver griddle, Harry Fischer, circa 1895, of simple construction, the framework is composed of silver rods and a later turned wooden handle surrounding ten channels leading into a single end channel that in turn links into a corner well with pouring lip, raised on four compressed ball feet, stamped 'H.
