Carlo Bugatti (1856-1940), a low table, circa 1900, the rectangular top in two sections, each mounted with vellum, above colonnaded supports and a curvilinear base, enlivened with embossed copper mounts, ivory fillets and pewter inlay in the Orientalist taste, 42.5 cm high, 108 cm long, 41 cm deep. The table offered here is only the second known example to appear in this design at auction since this time.
