A white jade 'brugmansia' vase, formed as two large deeply hollowed blooms, beside five smaller hollowed blooms, all rising from a gnarled branch in pierced relief forming the foot and bearing interlaced stems of foliage and tendrils extending over the sides in pierced relief, a praying mantis climbing up one side, the pale translucent stone with opaque areas used to highlight the carving, fitted wood stand, 18 cm high
