A 'jun' bowl, Yuan/Ming dynasty, robustly potted rising from a slightly splayed low foot, covered inside and out with a milky-blue glaze thinning at the rim to a mushroom colour, and falling short of the foot on the exterior revealing the coarse clay body burnt orange in the firing, 18.2 cm diameter
