Three rare Chinese silver Cloud shaped Locks, one with an enamel Trigram, Qing Dynasty, 19th century, one with the mythical kylin, they each open to put an amulet inside, decorated with children, calligraphy on the reverse, Taicheng, Heji, Maoshunhe, longevity and wealth. Note: These symbolic locks were used to lock the children to earth, often with bells and hung around the child's neck to ward off the bad spirits, the kylin was considered one of the four magic animals and would bestow good luck on the child, length 7 - 8 cm
