Provenance: George's Department Store, Melbourne, a well carved and moulded frame of arching rectangular form, with an elaborate pierced crest enclosing a bevelled glass and individual glazed panes, the serpentine beige, ecru and russet marble top above a pierced decorative rocaille apron and cabriole legs with an 'X' stretcher and a shell form flourish, height 88 cm, width 137 cm, depth 37 cm, (console table) height 156 cm, (mirror)
