A Tibetan thick Buddhist wool rug, the square with small & large key fret pattern, 19th/20th century, made from the highland sheep for Monastic use as a sitting carpet, a swastika symbol in the centre within a circlular medallion, note: Swastika is an ancient Buddhist symbol for eternal happiness & the symbol is seen as a sign of the law.
