A ruby and diamond dress ring, 18ct yellow and white gold, made as a low swirled dress ring, centred by a single round ruby of vibrant light red colour, weighing approximately 0.58ct, claw set in four gold beads, framed by a swirled frame of brilliant cut diamonds in a double row white gold surround, each channel set with fine rails connecting, merging to a smooth gold band.
