An antique silver chatelaine, comprising a circular pierced panel with two smaller conforming panels below. Depicting cherubs amongst grapevines, having six graduated drop sections of stylised chain with swivel clasps. Suspended with a pair of scissors and case, a propelling pencil, a notebook, a thimble and a hinged heart shaped box. Chased decoration. Sterling silver. Chatelaine hallmarked London 1889. Accompaniments various dates.
