A diamond ring, in the antique style, comprising one central brilliant cut diamond, with three diamonds set each side in rubbed over mille grain collets. Additional small diamonds set in a double row to each shoulder mount. Centre diamond weight: 0.35cts. 18 carat white gold claw and mille grain setting with yellow gold band. Made by Kozminsky.
