An Edwardian mahogany inlaid occasional chair, early 1900s, having a waisted frame with an undulating arched cresting rail, a pierced shapely vasiform splat inlaid with Berainesque- style vegetal motifs in satinwood and ebony to a serpentine stuffover seat and raised on curvaceous legs and casters, with stringing throughout and upholstered in a bold autumnal floral and fruit fabric.
