Russell, decorator, with a broad apple green border richly encrusted with gold paste festoons, acanthus scrolls and borders, centred with a scene of birds in a landscape, signed J.E. Dean to the roundel and S.J. Russell to the green border; with gold backstamp, impressed marks and cyphers, painted cyphers and numbers. Diameter 26 cm
