A 19th century carved pine hall chair and a carved blackwood Duet piano seat, the chair having a solid waisted back and a serpentine seat, raised on tapering chamfered square legs, the whole stippled and carved with fruiting gum leaves; the duet seat having a panelled, hinged top, with conforming carved stippled and gum leaf decoration centred by the letter H, having a serpentine apron and stylised supports with similar carving, 87 x 52 x 35 cm
