A fine pair of signed Satsuma vases and a matching Koro, Meiji period, 1868 - 1912, with shimazu family crest mark to all, the square section baluster vases with waisted necks, and a matching koro, lid absent, decorated throughout with arhat figures in enamel colours with profuse gilded decoration and patterns; with gilt signatures and crests to red cartouches underside.
