A Victorian sterling silver tea and coffee service maker's mark Robert Harper, London 1857, comprising a teapot and coffee pot, two-handled sugar bowl and creamer, each of compressed circular form raised on scrolling acanthus leaf feet with profuse chased and embossed floral decoration centred by a vacant cartouche with engraved armorial cresting, flanked by scrolling acanthus leaf capped handles, the teapot and coffee pot each with a spout of conforming decoration rising to a floriate engraved dome cover with applied flower and leaf finial, 2428 grs.
