A Royal Worcester covered vase signed H.Stinton, circa 1955, the body of urn form decorated with raised gilt flowers and a finely painted scene of three highland cattle drinking from a lake and grazing in a misty pastoral landscape on a cream ground, the reverse showing a vignette depicting a valley set against a mountainous background, flanked by mask head handles terminating in scrolling acanthus leaves, the shoulders and neck with ornate moulded and gilt decoration rising to an everted rim, surmounted by a dome cover with spire finial, raised on a dentil moulded foot and square plinth base, printed black factory mark and model number 1572.
