A good early Barry Brickell terracotta sculpture, double bucket dredge type form, 'saddle bags', the two back-to-back tall bowl forms with pinched rope type edge, suspension lug to the top, the dark red terracotta clay with dark brown glaze effects. Provenance: Purchased by a potter and friend of Brickell's, c.1974, remaining in her collection until now. 67 x 42 x 43 cm
