Pelaco 'Spot Welded Starchless Collars', circa 1950, painted plywood point-of-sale advertisement featuring the face of 'Pelaco Bill, 38.5 cm diameter., The original 'Pelaco Bill' drawing was completed by A. T. Mockridge for Pelaco in the early 1920s. The image of 'Pelaco Bill' was adapted into different forms and advertising campaigns by Pelaco through the 1920s until the early 1950s.
