Will Dyson (1880-1938, Illustrator and political cartoonist). Watercolour caricature of William Henry Wilks (1863-1940). Wilks was President of the New South WalesLiterary and Debating Societies' Union after which, in 1887 was elected to its council. He was a member of the house of Representatives from 1901-1910 in original frame, glazed and signed lower left.
